Placing an order

  1. To order from our website, simply add the items you desire to the cart, items you no longer require can be removed from your cart at any time.
  2. You are required to pay for goods in full at the time of ordering.
  3. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
  4. By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy and refund policies.
  5. Our contract with you will become binding upon our acceptance of your order by email.
  6. In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, or if there has been a pricing error, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (e.g. full refund, a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra payment as required).

Delivery

  1. Your order will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  2. We will email you to confirm dispatch of your order. You can then expect your item to arrive in 1 working day for UK addresses. Longer for International orders: EU – addresses usually 3-6 working days; others – 10-14 working days.
  3. For custom orders, you will be given an estimated dispatch time when the design details are finalized.
  4. Items are delivered to the address you specify when ordering. Please ensure your address details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided by the customer.
  5. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave your goods unattended.
  6. Please check your items on delivery and any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us immediately

Delivery prices

  1. For UK delivery – £8.99.
  2. International Delivery – £12.99.
  3. Both are insured and trackable.  A signature is required for delivery.
  4. Free delivery for orders over £150.

Returns & Refunds

  1. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you must contact us in writing (by email or letter) within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods to request a refund if you change your mind.
  2. A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.
  3. If your jewellery is faulty you must contact us within reasonable time scale.
  4. In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered .
  5. You must return the goods to us, failure to do so is a breach of your statutory duty, and you may be charged recovery costs.
  6. It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are returned to us.
  7. Any goods must be returned without delay and must be securely wrapped, preferable in the original packaging.
  8. A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.
  9. We also recommend returning by Royal Mail special delivery as any damages or losses incurred during return may mean we are unable to refund you.
  10. Refund will include the original postage cost, if applicable, but the customer will pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is faulty.
  11. The refund process means money can only be refunded to the source originally used to pay. For credit card sales, this will be the exact card which was used. For Paypal customers, this will be refunded into the customer’s Paypal account (rather then the credit card used to pay through Paypal).
  12. We regret that custom or bespoke goods (where jewellery is made to order to design agreed between us and the customer) cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
  13. For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, we may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer’s right to a full refund.

Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Your privacy and security are very important to us and we will not share your email, delivery address or any other details with any other party.
  2. We have no direct contact with any of your financial details (bank account or credit card). Only basic personal details are available to us, specifically relating to your order (name, email and the delivery address which you provide during checkout).

Account

  1. You do not need to have an account to buy from www.morenn.co.uk.
  2. If you would like to set up an account to save time when ordering in the future, you can either do this after placing your first order, or by clicking ‘register’.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
  4. We do not share any of your customer account details with any other parties.
